Tomorrow starts the Whole Life Challenge.
I am ready.
I can do this.
Probably.
I’m headed to Fit Lab up in Torrence for a Fu-Barbell seminar tomorrow. I cannot wait. I loved my Oly Lifting class with Coach Burgener, so I’m hoping this will be more of the same high caliber instruction and overall good day of learning and lifting.
BUT.
We must plan food! It’s DAY ONE of the Whole Life Challenge!
So I’m thinking tonight I make a big batch of Damn Fine Chicken, and work up a few veggie snack packs, throw that all into a cooler for tomorrow with some hummus and some fruit and nuts and water.
