rubber bands on water bottleSo the lifestyle challenge for the next 2 weeks is to drink half your body weight of water in ounces.  Which for me is 3 refills (and a quarter) of your standard bottle of water.

Easiest way I’ve found to keep track of how many refills I’ve had is to keep 3 rubber bands on my bottle.  Every time I empty the bottle, I move one rubber band to the top.  3 bands at the top means I’m done!  Easy peasy.

Feeling much recovered from my weekend sickness, though I’m now behind in my meal planning so my freezer and fridge are empty.  I had expected to do a big plan and cook on Sunday, but I didn’t want to make a bunch of food while I was sick.  I’ll plan for smaller meals this week, and lean heavily on local restaurant salads for lunch.  Not what I had planned, but it’ll do.
