Well, this is unfortunate. Somehow, yesterday, I managed to overextend something on the bottom of my forearm. I can grip things in my hand, but pushing or pulling once I close my hand around something is no bueno. Typing all day at work today was uncomfortable.
I made this lovely ice system, however. An ice pack, a kitchen towel, and a stretchy theraband to keep it all in place!
I’m going to an olympic lifting class on Saturday. I’m gonna be screwed if this isn’t feeling better by then.
What are the odds?
